Old Mossy Horns
I'm looking to get a vertical sausage stuffer. I do have a nice grinder with sausage attachments but I find it difficult to use in a one-person activity. Does anyone have one they would recommend?
One stuffer I looked at is the LEM 5 lb vertical stuffer. What I like about it is the metal gears. Many of the $100 stuffers have plastic gears.

Another brand that is popular is the Grizzly. It has nylon gears but from what I've read, you can replace them using the LEM metal gears. A Grizzly with replacement metal gears is cheaper than the LEM.
