On my way to the shooting range before sunup I knew I’d be passing this Soybean field to the east and had a camera & monopod with me just in case…lucked out with Mother Nature providing a fairly decent scene.

Absolutely gorgeous. I took this photo last night of sunset. You'd be hard pressed to find a state with a more beautiful sunrise (ocean) and sunset (mountains), than NC. And to think you could see both in a day. We're lucky.
Pretty sunset shot for sure...the mountains offer a lot of scenic variety for photography
