From what I understand macs are so awesome they should do it for you automatically. All you have to do is go to Starbucks and sip on a latte and your desired pic should upload by the time you are finished listening to the latest Social Justice Warrior podcast.

I'll answer this question while my latte cools enough to drink.
Just hit the picture upload button, then click Select file and find the picture. If it's in iPhoto or Photo Booth, you can upload it by selecting "Photos" on the left side of the Finder window under "Media".
