Goose BBQ

Cooked some goose in the crock pot this week. Had her in with about 4 cups of coffee. Let her sit for 6 hours. Fell apart and then added some bbq sauce. Relly good. Coffee helped breakdown and make it tender.

how many breasts did you use? 6 hours on high or low? did it have a coffee taste or did the bbq mask it? this sounds great!
