How to post pics?

Using Tapatalk, I click attach then add pic. Shows 100% waiting for response but never changes. Any suggestions?

Mine was doing the same. I quit hitting the attachments icon and started hitting the camera icon and select image. I have no idea what the difference is but works for me.
