Almost done. Unfortunately I have to use the gas grill. Sautéed some onions and added some peppers. Cheese will be added soon.

More unfortunateness. I ate it with out a picture lol. It was delicious. I used about a 60/40 venison to pork mixture. A little sazon completa. Be hard to eat a regular burger again. Next one gets jalapeño poppers in the middle.
