ingredients: equal amounts (by volume) of bear meat, some chopped small portabella mushrooms, chopped broccoli. Then some butter, garlic, salt, pepper, splash of red wine vinegar, couple of dashes of texas pete and some ground fresh garlic we had,,

cut meat into 1 inch squares or so, chop the mushrooms and broccoli. Melt butter in pan, put the meat in there and season with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides. Then add garlic, mushrooms, a splash of the vinegar and the texas pete shots and cover for a few minutes till meat is about done. Add broccoli and recover, cook till meat is done and broccoli is half done (I like it with some small amount of crunch left),,,,,,,serve. I added the siracha as I just like that stuff,,,
