surf fishing near n.topsai

any fish being caught in the surf near or around n.topsail beach??..........Im down for the next day or two and thought about giving it a try! i did see where they were catching some pompano on the surf city pier yesterday!

We've been down here a week and caught several nice drums and quite a few sand sharks mainly.

I saw a.big school of finger mullet in the surf by Surf City Pier on Thursday..things are looking up. Bait like that will pull on trout, flounder and drum.
