I know you can catch rock bass and sunfish on nightcrawlers there and Wolf Lake upstream.

Bear lake has some huge large mouth bass in it. It don't see alot of fishing pressure this time of year.

Used to fish it a lot. It was a great smallmouth lake until somebody dumped the damn spots in it. Not many smallmouth now, but plenty of LM and spots. Good trout fishing at times, too. Rock bass, a few crappie, good bream, and a very few walleyes.

Haven't caught any from Junaluska, yet. But I have caught them in Bear. Fontana is getting slap full of them now, too.
