Just showed up on the farm this week. Never seen this buck till today.
Can't tell if it's broken under the hide or if it's grown like that.
Any idea what's up with this guy?

He's wearing his rack in the flat brimmed hat style. He is still edible however.
Looks broken to me too. That antler would most likely not be perfectly symmetrical if it grew like that.

With the lump sticking up on his head im leaning towards broken as well, especially with what sky hawk said about symmetry. The ground near where this pic was taken was torn up pretty bad about a month ago that looked like a fight had went down, plus several scrapes. Could be a battle wound.
