We planted a small plot of Ladino clover and chicory last September and it can up nice and thick.
The problem now is it is very thin clover is small.
I don't know what caused it other than maybe standing rain?

Any thoughts other than getting a soil test?

Add more lime, zero nitrogen fertilizer and see if that helps. Ladino takes awhile to build its crown and standing water will rot it quickly.

^^^^^ already have, I done it a week before the hurricane. There are alot of tiny sprouts of clover you just can't see it in that pic because that was the day I broadcast it.

A good liming helps with clover.

Good luck with your ladino, I hope to try some with the regular dutch clover I have already growing.
