Twelve Pointer
Good one pot recipe we make on Sunday and eat on all week for lunch at work or easy reheated dinner. (actually I'm eating it for lunch today!!)

Enjoy...

• 1lb ground beef/turkey/pork/venison
• 1 box angel hair pasta
• 1 jar pasta sauce
• 1 can sliced black olives
• 4oz fresh mushrooms
• 1 package chopped spinach
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• 2 tablespoons of pesto (Classico brand is what I use)
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• Garlic powder or fresh garlic to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta. Add pasta when water is boiling and cook ~5-6 minutes. Remove from heat prior to being fully cooked as it will continue to cook in the oven.

Brown the meat in a pan and drain any excess grease. Add chopped onion to the pan, sauté until translucent. Add pasta sauce, can of tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, pesto. Cook chopped spinach in microwave (~5 minutes) and drain, then add to mixture. Add fresh garlic or garlic powder taste.

In a 9x13 pan, add a little of the sauce to cover the bottom (not too much – this is just to prevent pasta from sticking. Add a layer of pasta, then a layer of sauce. Repeat until pan is full. Add cheese to the top of the mixture. Cook in the oven for ~25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly brown.
