Old Mossy Horns
Simple and easy. I ground some deer 83/17 with beef fat. That's more than what I usually add (90/10) but I was wanting some to hold together better for burgers.
Found something that my wife and I really enjoy and we eat this on a weekly basis.
I patty up the burger and add a little seasoning to the burger before I patty it up. I cook it on the skillet on the stovetop of our gas stove. I let one side cook then when I flip the burgers, I sprinkle some blue cheese crumbles on it and as the other side cooks, the blue cheese is melting. I also on mine, add a few shots of Texas Pete while its cooking. It's easy, fast and to me is as good as anything out there. I'll also when I got one in the fridge, slice up an onion and throw'em on the burger while they cook. That's good too.
