Coyote Hunting opportunities near the Triangle

Hello Forum,
I'm looking for a place to hunt coyotes around the Raleigh area. My family has a cattle farm outside Nashville Tn, where I had a blast hunting coyotes. I would love to find a place to try my hand over here. I've hunted around cattle and other livestock my whole life. I'm thinking with all the trees in this area that shotgun hunting would be best. Also I would love to try out some night hunting since that is legal for coyotes in NC and not legal in TN.

Plenty of game lands around the Triangle, with plenty of coyotes.

You may want to go with a combo gun. I use a Tikka .222/12 GA. A little expensive, but I believe Savage still makes one as well. Covers your rifle and shotgun scenarios.

Plenty of them on the Jordan lake game lands. Check regs before hunting out there. Must be 8ft off the ground to hunt with a center fire rifle in wake county
