Weve killed multiple bearded birds around here. I'm assuming it's a genetic trait that's heavy in the local flock. :confused: No Mohawks or long toe nails though. Cool thread...

Old Mossy Horns
We had a 5 beard and a double beard killed at the club in the past couple of years. Have a double on cam this year, hope he comes by me!

no double spurs but got 4 beards on the wall here did get one with 1 spur once and one with weird looking half spur

Twelve Pointer
I killed a bearded hen in KY, not nearly as rare or cool but a freak none the less. Another was killed off our lease in NC last season and there are at least 3 bearded hens running around on the place right now. I guess its not as rare as I thought.

Six Pointer
Crazy streak I started out on was two double beards then a triple beard and next was a quadruple beard. Finally shot a single beard on the 5th bird. Been singles ever since. Maybe I'll get lucky again?
